Character Limits and Rules Forum, first post has been updated, giving a list on techniques that one doesn't need to put on their app. Some don't count as actual Jutsu, some are minor academy abilities. These techniques can automatically be done by anyone C rank and above, thus, it doesn't need to be on an app.
